GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
Arrival and departure :
We will welcome you from 5 pm to 10 pm. Please confirm us as soon as possible your estimated time of arrival. Any delays or changes to your arrival time, thanks to notify us as quickly as possible. On your day of departure the room must be vacated by 11 am at the latest.
Length of stay :
The present contract is concluded for a period of time. You may in no circumstance prevail yourself of an unspecified right to the maintenance in the places at the end of your stay.
Method of payment and guarantee :
A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the reservation (accommodation & breakfast) including all taxes will be debited at the time of booking. Your reservation is taken into account from the payment of this deposit. The balance must be paid to the guest house by cash or credit card. In case of payment by cheque or transfer, the Moulin de Vilgris bank account must be credited at least 48 hours before arrival.
Reservation and payment guaranteed by credit card valid on the date of the beginning of your stay.
Cancellation policy :
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the day of arrival. You will have to pay the total amount of the reservation (accommodation, catering and additional services) including all taxes, if you cancel less than 3 days before the day of your arrival.
Example: Arrival on Saturday => free cancellation until midnight on the Tuesday before your all taxes included, all taxes included, stay.
In case of reservation of 3 rooms or more of the guest house, the total amount of the reservation (accommodation, catering and additional services) including all taxes is due if you cancel within 30 days before the day of your arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days before the day of your arrival, the Moulin de Vilgris will reimburse 50% of the total amount of the reservation (accommodation, food and related services) including all taxes.
If you do not show up at the establishment, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation (accommodation, catering and related services) including all taxes.
Any reservation implies the acceptance of a remote debit on your credit card, particularly in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
In the event of cancellation of the stay by the Moulin de Vilgris, we undertake to inform you immediately and to offer you any advice on how to find alternative accommodation. You, without prejudice to any recourse for damages, will be reimbursed immediately for any sums already paid.
Rules and Lifestyle to ensure the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests :
Non-smoking Guest House.
The property, being surrounded by water, is not suitable for young children. Children ages 11 and older are allowed. Minor children must be watched and are solely under the responsability of their parents or caregivers over the age of 18.
You will have to respect the peaceful nature of the place and, in particular, do not make any noise between 22:00 and 9:00.
Parties / events are not allowed, except with the agreement of the owners.
Eating in the rooms is not allowed.
You commit to leave the rooms in perfect condition at the end of your stay and to declare and assume financially any possible damage caused by you. You are required to be insured by a holiday insurance covering for these various risks.
Pets are not allowed.
