Arrival and departure :

We will welcome you from 5 pm to 10 pm. Please confirm us as soon as possible your estimated time of arrival.

On your day of departure the room must be vacated by 11 am  at the latest.

We welcome children from 11 years old for safety reasons (river crossing the property).

Cancellation policy :

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the day of arrival. You will have to pay the total amount of the reservation (accommodation, catering and additional services) including all taxes, if you cancel less than 3 days before the day of your arrival.

Pets are not allowed.
